Extensive re-surfacing for Hereford City

Balfour Beatty Living Places will be resurfacing some of the busiest roads in the city over the coming few weeks.

As part of Herefordshire Council’s extensive highways maintenance programme which sees £40m invested into the county’s highway infrastructure, Grandstand Road, Venns Lane and Aylestone Hill will all be subject to some re-surfacing work.

To keep disruption to a minimum the Aylestone Hill works will be undertaken from 8pm-2am and Grandstand Road works will be undertaken from 6pm – 12am. The Venns Lane scheme will be completed during half term and will be subject to a daytime closure.

More information on the schemes and diversion routes can be found on the council’s website
