Remembering Herefordshire 1914 - 1918

As part of the commemorations for the 100th anniversary of the First World War in Herefordshire, Hereford Museum and Art Gallery and Hereford Library are holding a special talk.

Brian Hatton: Portraits and Personalities is an illustrated talk by Robin Thorndyke which shows Brian’s family and local characters from his boyhood until the start of the First World War. It will be held on Thursday 11 September from 2:30pm to 4:00pm.

The talk forms part of the Herefordshire in the Great War exhibition, which is currently available at Hereford Museum and Art Gallery every Wednesday to Saturday 11am to 4pm until 11 November.

The talk will take place in the Museum Resource and Learning Centre* on Friars Street in Hereford and whilst it is free to attend you will need to book a place.
